2025年即将过去,很多业务员想要给合作的客户,联系的客户发邮件,但是有时后会不太知道什么时候发送, 我这里就分享下自己给客户发邮件的想法,仅供参考,做业务没有一套完美的模板。
分类
给客户发邮件之前我会把客户大致分成两类,合作过 / 正在沟通的。
一般我会在 圣诞节前3-5天发送,因为我的客户基本都是欧洲的,他们那边放假习惯基本都是在23日或24日放假, 如果你发的太早,感觉好像气氛还没到,如果发的太晚,客户休假回来才看到,感觉又错过了。如果能知道客户的具体放假时间,那样最好。能在客户放假前一天发是最好了,因为放假前一天,很多人都没有心情工作了,心早就飞了。这个时候还可以抓住机会和客户聊下,问下她假期的安排,也可以讲讲我们的节假日习俗,可以多多增进感情。
需要注意事项:
1.有些国家或信众是不过圣诞节的,如穆斯林国家通常不过圣诞。
2.不过圣诞的国家,就祝他新年快乐。
3.真诚祝福即可,别顺带推销。 你也不希望,过年的时候收到推销电话吧。
4.最好是在客户本地时间上午,因为有的客户可能下午提前就走了,就像我们过年放假,提前半天先走,免得堵在高速上一样。
